Manufacturing in USA

AlgoShift US-based manufacturing services

Why manufacture in the US?

Can you manufacture in the USA?

How to manufacture in the US?

What’s the best way to manufacture in the US?

How can we be cost-competitive and still manufacture in the US?

How do we find job shops, contract manufacturers and source in the US?

How do we setup and manage a hybrid US/China manufacturing process?

This and myriad other questions have come up again and again in the course of the many decades we have been in the business of designing and manufacturing products.

Sometimes you have to manufacture in the US.  For example, if your work is in aerospace and fall under ITAR controls you need to ensure you work within that framework and everyone who you work with understands this.  We do.  We have.  We’ve worked for a varied range of clients in this domain, from government agencies to private rocket companies with lofty goals all the way to Mars.

We have worked on technology slated to go to the moon during the NASA Artemis program in the next few years.  We have worked on complex touch-screen control systems to run spacecraft shuttling astronauts to the International Space Station.  We have worked on many projects over the years, most of which we can’t discuss.

Member of our team are currently dedicated to work in this world, and we know it well.

And yet these are not the only products that can be manufactured in the US.  From medical to industrial products, there are lots of examples of products that can be –and are– manufactured in the US while remaining competitive with others.

Sometimes it boils down to superior execution and intellectual property.  In other cases it is because small batch manufacturing of mid to high value products in the US just makes sense.

Of course, there are cases where we can help you with hybrid scenarios where we source components and/or assemblies from China to complete assembly and manufacturing in the USA.  Today’s world allows for such approaches and they can work very well.

Whatever the case may be, we can help you.  Get in touch.
